About me

Katherine Amelia Beller

Originally from Los Angeles, California, I now live with my family near Frankfurt, Germany. Before I began my journey as a yoga teacher, I spent many years working as an attorney in large law firms. After having three children, ending my marriage, leaving my career, and experiencing tremendous loss, I turned to yoga and meditation for healing.

Through reconnecting with my breath, body, and spirit, I was able to reclaim myself and my life. I rediscovered who I am—and who I want to become.

Along the way, I realized something deeply human: everyone struggles, and we all need a village. When I moved to Germany, I no longer had my traditional family close by. Instead, my friends became my family. They carried me through a darkness I had never known—and hope to never experience again. The love I feel for them is as deep and meaningful as any love I have ever known.

I want to be the village I didn’t know I had. I want to offer support, connection, and love to anyone, wherever they find themselves in life.

Life is so beautiful when we focus on the present moment—right here, right now. When we reconnect to our mind, body, spirit, and breath, we remember who we are. With love, as love, we can live a fulfilled life: embracing the ups and downs, finding gratitude even in our struggles, and discovering meaning in our victories.

The Journey That Brought Me Here

Credentials

I’ve completed over 800 hours of training across a variety of disciplines including Hatha, Rocket, and Mandala yoga, as well as pranayama, meditation, yin yoga, barre, and reformer Pilates. I’m also certified in prenatal, postnatal, and mom-and-baby yoga—supporting women through all phases of life.

My Goals and Values

But beyond the hours and certificates, my true passion lies in holding space for others. I’m here to help people feel seen, supported, and connected—to themselves and to each other. My hope is to be a grounding, positive presence in the lives I touch.
